Shipping & Returns
All of our items are made to order by hand. Some items, such as custom pieces may take up two or three weeks to produce depending on our schedule. We do our best to get your orders out to you as quickly as possible. That said we appreciate your understanding and patience.
When you have a placed an order you will receive a confirmation email.
To ensure the quickest delivery please make sure that you have provided an accurate shipping address at checkout. If your gift is going directly to the gift recipient confirm that you have put in THEIR NAME & ADDRESS and not your own!
Any packages that are undeliverable, unclaimed or returned to Chaparral Studio will require an additional shipping cost to re-send.
Your gifts by default will be shipped by USPS Priority Mail. This way your items will be insured and can be tracked as well. Once your item is ready to ship you will receive an additional email from USPS with the tracking number. Sometimes this email may land in your spam so keep an eye out for it.
If you wish for us to use an alternative shipping method or required expedited shipping (keep in mind additional fees may apply) please email us to as soon as possible.
If you are an international customer (outside of the USA) please email us to arrange shipping. Our current site does not offer this service just yet. Note that you are responsible for import duties, customs & local taxes. Those fees are paid to your local carrier or government and are not collected by Chaparral Studio.
Chaparral Studio is located in Los Angeles, California. If the item is in stock or can be made in accordance with your timeline, most items listed on the shop can be delivered by a courier service within a 40 mile radius. To have a product delivered please email us and allow for at the very least a 24 hour window. Customers are responsible for any additional courier fees incurred as result of incorrect information provided. Los Angeles traffic can make delivery schedules difficult to predict so we appreciate an open mind!
All items will arrive packaged with our branding ready to be gifted to you or your recipient.
We never include a receipt in our packaging to conserve paper.
If your order is a gift please specify at checkout. We can also include a personal note with your gift. Make sure you include this message in your order.

Upon receiving your delivery be sure to inspect your package to insure that your items were not damaged during shipping. If your item arrives to you damaged or there was an error please email us for further instructions. Please notify us of any items damaged in transit within 7 days of receipt, and the items will be promptly replaced.
At Chaparral Studio we care a great deal about the appearance of our designs. We use quality materials and pay close attention to detail. Note that any irregularities in the pieces are often part of their charm. Our philosophy is aligned with the japanese Wabi-sabi view that nurtures all that is authentic by acknowledging three simple realities: nothing lasts, nothing is finished, and nothing is perfect."
